Job Description:
- To promote products and services through phone calls
- To consult and provide information to customers with kindness and without prejudice, showing interest in the topic of discussion
- Timely solving and/or recording of all customers complaints
- To maintain and ensure accuracy at work and to comply with the company's code of ethics as well as bearing full responsibility for the goods and materials that are under its management and for those used during its stay in service centers.
- To know and respect internal rules, policies and procedures and to propose internal processes improvements.
- To deliver the technical support training to new employees
- To meet the additional objective set by the direct superior during working hours
