- Ensure that the given annual target of the branch in terms of business volume and profit will be met
- Supervise and ensure smooth functioning of the branch operation
- Ensure proper co-ordination among the various departments of the branch
- Coordinate with various departments of the company/branch for better performance
- Assess customers’ need for an internet connection to be granted by analyzing the need assessment of the client
- Develop marketing strategies and marketing plan for the Branch and monitor progress of the same
- Assist and provide inputs to the planning and Marketing & Promotion, Retail Sales & Institutional Sales team for strategic scouting
- Carry out any other job/task as instructed by the Management of the Company
- Coordinate with various departments of the company/branch for better performance. Function as a contact point to better streamline the clients’ requests
- Manage recruitment, attrition & ramp-up of new employees to ensure no impact on branch operations due to attrition/absenteeism of staff
